How fast do you respond?

We reply to new enquiries within 1 hour, and WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. If you are travelling within the next 48 hours, call us on +27 71 261 6568 so we can jump in quickly. You can also email info@sagtrav.co.za if that is easier for you.

Are you online-only, or can we meet?

We are an online-first travel agency, so we can plan everything through WhatsApp, email, or a quick call. If you are in Gauteng and prefer a face-to-face meeting, we can arrange that by appointment. Either way, you will have one point of contact from quote to booking.

What details do you need for a quote?

Send your dates, or tell us if they are flexible, where you want to go, how many people are travelling, and your budget range. It also helps to tell us what matters most to you, whether that is lowest price, shortest travel time, flexible changes, or specific airlines or hotels. For international trips, include passport nationality and let us know if any children are travelling so we can flag document checks early.

Why do prices change, and when do I pay?

Travel pricing can move quickly, and fares, taxes, or exchange rates may change until a booking is paid and confirmed. We will always confirm the total cost and any payment deadline with you before you pay, then secure the booking as soon as payment clears. If anything changes between the quote and payment stage, we will show you the difference upfront with no surprises.

Can I change or cancel after booking?

It depends on the airline, cruise line, hotel, or supplier rules. Some bookings are flexible, while others are partially refundable or non-refundable. We will explain the change and cancellation conditions before you confirm, and if plans do change, we will handle the supplier process for you. Always double-check that passenger names match passports exactly, as most airlines allow only small corrections and not full name changes.

Will you help with visas and travel documents?

Yes. We will guide you on what to check and help you plan around timelines, but entry rules depend on your passport and destination. If you are travelling internationally, check passport validity and blank pages early, and confirm visa or health requirements before departure. If a child is travelling with one parent, or without both parents, tell us upfront because additional consent documents may be required.
